Carley grew up in Bradenton, Florida and trained at Stage Door Studios in ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, contemporary, pointe, and hip hop. She fell in love with dance and discovered her true passion for teaching and choreographing as a teenager.
Since graduating high school, Carley continued her dance training with the Ann Lacy School of American Dance and Entertainment at Oklahoma City University. She received a Bachelors of Science in American Dance Pedagogy in May of 2021. While attending OCU, Carley had the opportunity to perform with the American Spirit Dance Company under the direction of Jo Rowan in 8 productions. She also worked behind the scenes for several university productions and taught at the Community Dance Center.
After completing her degree, Carley has had the pleasure to work with several studios in the Oklahoma City area. Currently, Carley is teaching students of all ages and abilities at Premiere Dance Company in Norman, OK. Carley hopes to inspire others to experience the joys of dance through her teaching. She looks forward continuing to pass on her knowledge to the next generation of dancers.
